Our response to COVID-19

Business continuity arrangements

Although nobody could have predicted the pandemic’s impact, our practice is well-equipped to continue operating as normal during these unprecedented and challenging times.

Excepting site visits, we are operating normally. Most of our systems are cloud-based and have been since we set up. As a business, we have always encouraged flexible working and are fully equipped to ensure that our team can continue to work remotely with minimal impact on project outputs.

Our studio in Camden remains open and there will be a continued presence of the practice’s Directors, on an A/B rotation. Temporary changes have been implemented to mitigate the spread of the virus by following PHE guidance and applying a level of social distancing.

Measures we have put in place adhere to our already strict cyber security protocols. Every member of staff has received a computer from LGA which connects to a twin in our office. Both computers are subject to our cyber security standards with a high level of encryption between the two.

Please email us with any questions.
